From Demo To Governed System.
The distance between an impressive demo and a durable system is measured in policies, evidence and human control.
Demos remove friction to look magical. Real systems must add friction where it protects the customer and the business.
Governance is not a slower version of a demo. It is a different design. Approvals, scope limits, retention, and evidence are shaped from the outset, not bolted on later.
When those elements are absent, the demo is the product. When they are present, the demo is a starting point.
